The short version
We keep what you type into the enquiry form, we use it to work out what your job needs and price it, and that is the end of it. No list, no account, no onward sharing.
The enquiry form
Four boxes: your name, a number to reach you on, your suburb, and a description of the rooms or the fault. We also record which page you were reading when you sent it, because that tells us whether people are finding what they came for.
Phone calls
The number shown on these pages passes through a measurement layer before it reaches us. It notes the originating number, when the call happened and how long it ran. Nobody listens to it and nothing is recorded.
Measurement
There are no advertising trackers on this site and no third party analytics library. Traffic figures come out of the web server's own logs, which is enough to see which pages are useful and nothing beyond that.
How long any of it lasts
Enquiries stay on file for two summers, which covers the realistic window for a follow up job or a warranty question, and are then removed. Call records last a year.
Removing it
Ring 0489 266 523 and say so. It gets deleted and we confirm back to you. No explanation required and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
